Andy is qualified to provide fitness programmes to people living with a range of health conditions, including chronic lower back pain, anxiety and depression, asthma and cardio-vascular disease.

Outside of WFF he combines fitness with therapy to help people recover from abuse-related trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, Disordered Eating and body image issues.

Andy has been a therapist for over twenty years, working mainly with charities assisting traumatised refugees in London. He is now in independent practice in East London and the City.

Dave

Background

Dave's passion for exercise is rooted in his lived experience of three chronic illnesses: asthma, eczema and a form of arthritis called AS.

Because of his lifelong experience of these conditions, Dave loves helping people discover how our biggest challenges can be our biggest gifts.

Walking the talk, he's run marathons, once completed 365 press-ups in one set, and is currently training for one of Britain's toughest endurance races

By day, Dave is a
Facilitator, Educator and Learning Designer, working to support new forms of human progress, with nature. Recent partners include Sport England, NESTA, The Visionaries, Roots and Enrol Yourself.

Dave is qualified to provide fitness programmes to people living with a range of health conditions, including arthritis, asthma, chronic lower back pain, anxiety and depression, and cardiovascular disease.

Dave has been a community organiser and social activist for 15 years, working with (mostly young) people and organisations who believe that we're stronger and smarter together than any of us are alone.


Wayne

Background

Wayne has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. He started out as a Fitness Instructor and progressed to becoming a PT and later specialised in Strength Training and GPP (General Physical Preparedness) conditioning.

Wayne has a wealth of knowledge in a wide variety of sports activities including a passion for rugby, kettlebells and deadlifiting.

Wayne's background serving in the military certainly shows in his enthusiasm when delivering his instruction, always with a smile!

Over the years, Wayne has trained and worked with many athletes and coaches ranging from wrestlers, boxers, rugby players, throwers as well as working with people without any sporting background that simply want to develop and improve their level of fitness.

Wayne loves the outdoors and loves lifting!
