We're a not-for-profit local group, who want to train in our community, inclusively and affordably. We're all about community spirit and commitment rather than contracts and joining fees.
Better than a military boot camp, our friendly, fully-qualified PTs tailor sessions to suit any level of fitness - whether you're attempting your first couch-to-5km, or training for your next ultra-marathon, we're with you.
Proudly local, our current group is a friendly mix of people aged 20-60 and includes teachers, nurses, civil servants, city workers, full-time parents, folks with disabilities and many more.
Exercising together in the great outdoors is at the heart of WFF. Having Wanstead Flats on our doorsteps is a privilege and we like to make the most of it. There's solid evidence for the mental and physical health benefits of exercising in groups and in nature: levels of perceived exertion are lower, motivation increased, stress-levels reduced and energy-levels boosted.
Our PTs know the importance of the interplay between mind and body. With our tailored approach, we can guarantee you'll see your fitness and wellbeing improve (or leave - there's no contract!). Optional local events, team challenges and socials keep things fresh and fun.
